1. To secure your reservation, please provide a valid credit card number and expiration date as a guarantee. The credit card information is used solely for guarantee purposes; payment will be collected upon your check-out.
2. For transaction security and to protect your accommodation rights, the name used for online booking must match the actual guest checking in. Guests must present the same valid identification document and the original credit card used for booking upon check-in for verification.
3. If you need to modify or cancel your reservation, please cancel the original booking on the website and make a new reservation. We do not provide manual modification services.
4. All room rates are subject to government taxes and service charges, totaling 15.5%.
5. Check-in time is from 15:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out time is before 11:00 on the following day. Your cooperation is appreciated.
6. If force majeure occurs on the day of check-in (such as transportation disruption caused by earthquakes or land typhoon warnings issued by the Central Weather Administration), please contact the hotel within three days from the check-in date for further arrangements.
7. The definitions of weekdays, holidays, and peak days are based on the hotel's announcements and may be adjusted according to operational needs.

Accommodation Policy

1. To maintain accommodation quality and the rights of other guests, pets are strictly prohibited in the hotel (except guide dogs).
2. The entire hotel is non-smoking. A cleaning fee will be charged for violations. If you need to smoke, please proceed to the open outdoor area on the first floor. Thank you for your cooperation.
3. Guests must present valid identification (ID card, passport, or driver's license) for registration upon check-in. If all staying guests or accompanying persons are aged 16 or older but under 18, they must be accompanied by a legal guardian or
   provide a “Consent Form for Minors Staying” signed by their legal guardian, along with valid identification and the consent form at check-in.
4. Room facilities and amenities are for in-room use only and may not be taken outside. Any additional charges must be settled upon check-out.
5. To ensure safety, parties, gambling, excessive drinking, drug use, or any illegal activities are strictly prohibited in the rooms. If such behavior is confirmed, the hotel will notify the authorities and reserves the right to terminate the accommodation contract.
6. For your safety and comfort, access to the balcony area of guest rooms is prohibited. The hotel is not liable for any consequences arising from unauthorized entry.

Payment Policy

1. The prices listed on this website may vary depending on promotional offers, seasons, weekdays, and holidays. Daily rates may also fluctuate. The prices displayed on the website are for reference only; the final price is based on the amount shown on the “Payment Confirmation Page” of the online booking system. Please carefully review all details and amounts before making payment.
2. To ensure secure credit card transactions, the information of the person making the online reservation must match the actual guest’s information. During check-in, guests must present a valid ID or passport matching the credit card used for booking for verification.
3. Upon check-in, guests must present the physical credit card used for the reservation. The hotel will perform a pre-authorization (including deposit) to secure room charges and any additional expenses.
4. Refund policies for reservation cancellations or modifications follow the cancellation rules of each package or room rate plan. Some special holidays or promotional rates may be non-refundable.
5. If there are any additional charges during your stay (such as dining, laundry, or room service) that are not settled before check-out, the hotel reserves the right to charge the provided credit card after your departure.
