By completing an online reservation on this website, you agree to pay a deposit or full payment to secure the selected room type and price. If you choose to pay online by credit card, the system will immediately authorize and debit the credit card account provided.
To ensure transaction security and hotel rights, the name of the person making the online reservation must match the person checking in. Upon check-in, you must present the same valid ID and original credit card for verification.
If you need to change or cancel your stay, please cancel your original reservation on this website and then make a new reservation. We do not offer manual modifications or online date changes. Once you complete your new reservation, the cancellation fee for the original reservation will be waived.
All room rates are subject to a 15.5% service charge and tax.
Check-in time is from 3:00 PM on the day of your arrival, and check-out time is before 11:00 AM the following day. Thank you for your cooperation.
In the event of force majeure on the day of arrival (e.g., earthquake causing traffic disruptions, or the Central Weather Bureau issuing an overland typhoon warning), please contact the reservation center within three days of your arrival date for follow-up arrangements.
The definitions of weekdays, holidays, and peak days are subject to hotel announcements and are subject to adjustment based on actual operating conditions.
