Good Morning Yoga (9:30 - 10:40)
As the sun rises, the air still carries the lingering scent of night. We awaken and begin to become aware of our breath and open every inch of our skin. This is a practice to say good morning to our bodies, infusing more energy into the day. Through breath and flow, we organize our mind and body, allowing us to embark on today's journey with renewed energy.
Basic yoga postures, breathing techniques, and meditation chants are included, sometimes combined with chakra energy anatomy or classic sun salutations.
Suitable for: Early risers, travelers who want to get their bodies moving and welcome the new day.

Goodnight Yoga  (19:50  - 21:00 )
As the moon rises, in the city lights and concrete jungle, we forget to rest properly. How can we shed our burdens? In AVATA's Goodnight Yoga, we can welcome your fatigue, untie your tense systems, and guide your body to slowly harmonize with nature, gently preparing you for a peaceful sleep.
Using sound healing and passive yoga massage, release tension and fatigue, and engage in deep sleep exercises for the best quality rest this night.
Suitable for: Travelers who want to relax before bed and improve sleep quality. 
 

Guests booking the accommodation package that includes one complimentary yoga session may choose either the Morning yoga or Good Night Yoga session .
If you would like to enjoy an additional wellness practice, you may join another Morning yoga or Good Night Yoga a special rate of NT 900  (original price NT$1,000).

 

For accommodation packages without a yoga session include. 
Morning or Good Night Yoga sessions are available at NT$ 900 per class  (original price NT$1,000).


If you are not staying at the hotel, you are also welcome to reserve a class through Online Reservation / Inquiry.
